Please do NOT stay at The Banjar at present

To all of Travel Agents and Customers

Thank you for visiting the website of The Banjar Villas and Spa.
And I also would like to say thank you very much for supporting us for all of travel agents and our customers.

It has been more than two and a half of years since we've opened The Banjar in February of 2005. I really loved Bali, Balinese culture, nature, Balinese people and everything in this small island.

When I had a dream to open villas in Bali for the first time, it was just a dream. However, because so many people helped me, it became a true. More than 50 Japanese people helped this project and it couldn't be done without them. The reason I wanted to open villas in Bali is I wanted to do something for Bali and people live in there.

I had joined with one of Balinese, Mr. I Ketut Sugiarhta who is former general manager of The Ahimsa in Seminyak. We started The Banjar project together, and after we opened, he managed everything as the general manager of The Banjar.

It has been looked very good relationship, but very serious problem was occured according to the management of the villas. He planned to take over all the property of the villas, and we ejected from the company ( I Wayan Sudira is also his side ). Now we sued him under the law of Indonesia and we believe that everything will be back to our hands.

Now, I can not guarantee for all of our guests that The Banjar is very safe and comfortable place. It looks the same as before, but completely different inside.

We are very sorry that we have to imform you about those conditions. I understood that all of problems were becase of my responsibility, since it is business. However, I believe that I also have responsibility to inform you the situations of The Banjar at present.
I don't want to make any of trouble or unexpected problems between you and The Banjar.

I really want all of you to NOT stay at The Banjar untill all of probelmes were solved. I will inform you on this website as soon as everything would be right. I will do my best to get everything back.
